Clover & violet garden steps block 1

A journey to Selsey and back today was the perfect opportunity to do the first block in the Garden Steps quilt along.

One of my pots looks as though it has a bit of frost damage but apart from that I am quite happy at my first attempt at quilting for many years.

I couldn't sleep last night so have nearly completed the 12 blocks ready for the next embroidery so photo to follow soon.
